Shire Financial Services have always been excellent sorting out my mortgages. They took the time to explain, in person, my original mortgage and my 2 subsequent re-mortgages over the years have been hassle free. They are prompt to return phone calls and text messages to ensure the re-mortgage process is as smooth as possible. We have used Shire Financial Services twice now - first when we booked our first mortgage and now during our remortgaging. On both occasions they also helped us with getting an insurance for our house. Both times Jonathan who helped us was very responsive, efficient, helpful and importantly found us much better deals than what we could find ourselves or with other brokers. It is of note for example, that the mortgage that we got from NatWest in the first instance through Shire, had a better interest rate that what NatWest themselves had offered us. The insurance that Jonathan helped us book was so good that when we made a claim for 6K they actually gave us 10K because they judged that the goods stolen were of higher value. All interactions are highly professional, to the point and very pleasant. I have absolute confidence in the recommendations and I will recommend Shire to anyone who asks me.
